PLAY IT FAIR
The rules, made simple
- Active club members with no outstanding dues may participate. Enter your own club-registered name and phone number; staff must verify the phone-to-membership link. Linked family mobile numbers can contribute to the same verified membership score.
- Submit a prospect’s details with their permission before they enquire or visit. No login is required; submitting a mobile number does not verify member identity. The club must confirm ownership and eligibility before attributing the referral.
- Only staff-confirmed public display names are published; each member must agree to name publication before the club enables it.
- Only new prospects qualify. Existing members, renewals, upgrades, self-referrals and prospects already in the club’s sales database are excluded.
- One prospect earns credit once. The first eligible registered referral takes priority. Duplicate or disputed contacts are reviewed by the club against its records.
- Referral registration, membership approval and full payment must occur from 13 October to 11 December 2026, inclusive, in India time. Pending or partially paid memberships earn no points.
- Points follow the verified completed category: Youth 11; Individual 45; Couple 59; Family 85; Family without age limit 111. Points do not represent cash.
- There is no limit on total referrals. Only accounts above 100 verified points qualify to compete; the highest verified qualified score is provisionally first for the prize. At least 101 verified points are required; exactly 100 does not qualify. Qualification does not guarantee a prize; if nobody qualifies, no prize is awarded.
- For equal points, the account that reached its current total first through completed memberships ranks ahead. An exact timestamp tie remains tied for club review; no winner is automatically selected.
- Cancelled, refunded or reversed memberships lose their points. Results are provisional and will be verified and announced within 30 days of campaign closure.
- False referrals, duplicate identities and manipulated transactions may result in disqualification. The club reviews disputes against submission and completion records. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
Only staff-confirmed member names and verified scores appear publicly; a participant code is used until staff confirms name-display consent. The visitor cannot look up a member account by phone. Prospect details are available to authorised staff; members can see names and masked numbers within their own membership account. Privacy policy
